Lotus Sofa

This simple yet unusual sofa draws inspiration from Egypt’s famous lotus flower. The sofa’s arms curve gracefully outwards, holding in the plush mattress of the sofa itself. In the classic tradition of ‘tangeed balady’, the top seat cushions are made using cotton filling, hand tufted and finished with a thick piping. The sofa’s laid-back character encourages relaxed lounging and its modular design makes it adaptable for different used and spaces.
